Full pause screen - To get a full pause screen pause the game and press x and y.
Screensaver - To get a screensaver let the game sit for a while and one will appear.
Level Up Trick:
First off, use an auto fire controller and go to the 1st level in the mountain world. Now go to the 1st set of stairs and fix the controller to auto fire at the green trolls coming at you. Leave on overnight for huge levels, sometimes up to 10,000.
Level Up Trick 2 :
In the Mountain Realm, once the Volcanic Cavern is cleared, it is a virtual shopping mall of experience and gold. Every time you use the Anti-death halo (found in the first chest) on death, you raise a level. Additionally, there is a ton of gold to be had on this level with the 3rd rune and the hidden gold level. I went from level 1-50 in two days, and I don`t play that much.
Unlock Falconess, Minotaur, Tigress, and Jackal:
First, reach level 25 with each of the four original characters. Load your level 25 character and create a new one through character management. Hold Turbo and Barbarian becomes Minotaur, Wizard becomes Jackal, etc.
